A traditional country pub ...
The Compass Inn is a traditional country style pub, located very close to the New Forest and only minutes away from Totton, Southampton and Junction 2 of the M27.
In winter a log fire blazes in the hearth, and for summer there's a beer garden you can sit in to enjoy your food and drink and admire the flowers.

Shawnee W: Lovely cosy pub, dog friendly, we went with our baby and dog and was given water and treats for her. They had a busy lunchtime but we still received our food quickly The staff were all really friendly, especially Mandy!

John C: We found this pub on Google after searching for dog friendly pubs whilst we stayed in the area. They are indeed friendly towards fur babies, with water and even a few treats available for them.
Service was provided with a very friendly smile and accommodating manner.
And then the food was delivered which were a couple of the best pies we have ever had, accompanied by perfectly cooked chips.
The pub has a very local feel and I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area.
